I'd very much rather they fulfilled the outstanding orders, for our guests' sakes. It isn't about the presents - I didn't even plan to have a wedding list, and wish I'd stuck to that now! - but about the time and effort people that love us have put into contributing something lovely for our future together. It really isn't about the money or the "stuff", but the principle behind it, now.
Very encouraged by the way the votes seem to be going here so far. We just have to hope HSBC will take us seriously!

I'm voting to receive gifts so that our guests won't have to go through all this trouble. Majority of which will not get their money back as they have purchased using maestro/switch (myself included)
Our guests have gone to "all this trouble" to select something from our lists... I'd much rather receive these items (now also of sentimental value)later than never!

I think that what people want really depends on how many of their guests are likely to get refund if gifts are not delivered. Either way id just like this whole mess sorted!

I would prefer that the administrators deliver my goods this very evening, in a crystal chariot, drawn by unicorns.
But it's never gonna happen, just like HSBC are never gonna fulfil our orders. So it's a bit of a silly question.
